How is OADSP Funded?

OADSP receives funds from a variety of resources. The majority of revenue comes from the Ohio Developmental Disabilities Council. Additional funding comes from the Ohio Department of MR/DD and the Hamilton County Board of Mental Retardation. In addition, a significant amount of in-kind support helps support DSPATHS' important work.
DSPATHS is nationally recognized as a premier training program for people who support individuals with developmental disabilities. Its many achievements in elevating the skills of Direct Support Professionals requires the hard work and dedication of many people.

Your financial support helps to:

• Keep the costs of earning a DSPATHS Credential affordable for individuals and agencies
• Enable DSPATHS to retain the highest quality instructors
• Develop additional courses for DSP specialization
• Expand regionally toward the development of a statewide structure
